Price for a target margin
Keeps the shipping and service fee you entered; a higher price can move the order into a different shipping tier, so check the field again.
This is a single-order model built on the rules published in Trendyol's Seller Information Center. Commission rates differ by category, brand, seller level and product tariff, so take the rate from your own panel. Returns, cancellations, coupons, seller-funded discounts, penalties, marketing fees, packaging and your own operating costs are not modeled. The net VAT position assumes all deductions are documented with invoices. The calculation runs in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to a server by this tool.
Worked example
A product sold at 600 TL with 20% VAT has 500 TL of net sales. A 20% category commission on the VAT-inclusive price is 120 TL, and that amount already includes 20 TL of VAT. Shipping entered at 90 TL plus VAT is 108 TL, and the standard service fee of 10.99 TL plus VAT is 13.19 TL. With 1% withholding on 500 TL (5 TL), the seller receives 353.81 TL. On the VAT-exclusive side, 500 TL of sales minus 200 TL of product cost, 100 TL of commission, 90 TL of shipping and 10.99 TL of service fee leaves 99.01 TL of gross profit, a 19.8% margin.
Formulas and rules used
Commission = commission rate × VAT-inclusive sale price; the result is a VAT-inclusive amount, so its VAT-exclusive part is the amount ÷ 1.20. Net sales = price ÷ (1 + product VAT). Shipping and the service fee are published VAT-exclusive and carry 20% VAT. Withholding = 1% × net sales. Payout = price − commission − shipping (VAT incl.) − service fee (VAT incl.) − withholding. Gross profit = net sales − VAT-exclusive cost − VAT-exclusive commission − shipping − service fee. Net VAT position = output VAT − input VAT on cost, commission, shipping and service fee. Price for a target margin m = (cost + shipping + service fee, all VAT excl.) ÷ ((1 − m) ÷ (1 + VAT) − commission rate ÷ 1.20).
Where the rules come from
Commission on the current sale amount and the VAT-inclusive nature of commission rates come from Trendyol's Seller Information Center pages Komisyon Tutarı Hesaplama and Trendyol Komisyonları. The 10.99 TL and 4.99 TL service fees are from Platform Hizmet Bedeli. The shipping tier table is from Kargo Baremi Uygulaması, valid from 10 August 2026. The 1% withholding is set by Presidential Decision 9284 (Official Gazette 32760, 22 December 2024), explained in the Revenue Administration note on Communiqué 330. Checked on 31 October 2026; Trendyol can change fees, so confirm in your panel.

TOOL GUIDE
What does this calculator model for a Trendyol sale?
For one order it applies the category commission to the VAT-inclusive sale price, takes shipping from the official tier table for orders under 350 TL, adds the per-shipment platform service fee and the 1% e-commerce withholding on VAT-exclusive sales. It shows what reaches the seller, VAT-exclusive gross profit, margin, the net VAT position, the break-even price and the price a target margin needs.
Unlike simple percentage calculators that apply commission to the VAT-exclusive price or skip shipping and service fees, it follows the rules published in Trendyol's Seller Information Center with dated sources and separates cash (seller payout) from profit (VAT-exclusive). You enter the commission rate and desi-based shipping for orders of 350 TL and above from your own seller panel; the tool fetches nothing from Trendyol.
How to use it
- Take your category commission rate from Seller Panel > Commercial Terms > Commission & Term table; enter the VAT-inclusive price, the product VAT rate and the VAT-inclusive cost.
- Pick your carrier and dispatch label status; under 350 TL the tier amount fills itself, above it type the desi-based amount from your panel. Choose the service fee option and whether withholding applies.
- Read the seller payout and the VAT-exclusive gross profit separately; type a target margin to get the price it needs, then re-check whether that price changes the shipping tier.
When to use it
- Checking whether any profit remains after commission, shipping and the service fee before listing a product.
- Comparing how a campaign price, or a price that drops below the 350 TL tier limit, changes the result.
- Setting a list price from a target gross margin and listing the VAT and withholding items for your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
Is Trendyol commission charged on the VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive price?
According to Trendyol's Seller Information Center, commission equals the category rate multiplied by the current (campaign, if any) sale amount, and commission rates already include VAT. The rate is applied to the VAT-inclusive price, the result is a VAT-inclusive commission and no further VAT is added. The calculator follows that rule and also shows the VAT-exclusive part.
Why does the calculator not supply category commission rates?
Trendyol does not publish one public table; rates vary by category, brand, seller level and product commission tariffs. The current rate is on the Commercial Terms screen of the seller panel and in the Commission & Term PDF downloaded there. Third-party lists disagree with each other, so the tool asks you for the rate.
Is the withholding a cost?
No. Since 1 January 2025 marketplaces withhold 1% of the VAT-exclusive sale amount; the seller offsets it against annual income or corporate tax. The tool deducts it from the seller payout but does not add it to gross profit as a cost.
Why is shipping typed manually for orders of 350 TL and above?
Trendyol publishes its tier support table only for the 0-199.99 TL and 200-349.99 TL ranges. Orders of 350 TL and above, and parcels over 10 desi, are billed by desi from the contracted price list in the seller panel, which is not public.
What happens to commission and the service fee on a returned order?
Trendyol offsets the commission of a returned order on the next commission invoice, and the platform service fee is not applied to return parcels. The tool models one completed order; account for your return rate separately.
